3,300 s.f. house was designed above the flood plane with all amenities.
Four in-suite bedrooms, family room, attic playrooms with extra bath, as well as eat-in kitchen, formal dining room and living room. The porches are both covered and uncovered and include a porte couche at the entry drive. All materials were carefully selected such as zinc coated copper roofs, gutters, and down spouts; cedar shingle roof and siding; mahogany decks and bead-board porch ceilings. Interior finishes included 4" wide board rif sawn white oak floors, custom cabinets, glass tiles and satin nickel fittings. |
